The highest carbon black concentration of us: PE 50%, PP 40%, AS(SAN) 45%, PC 40%, PS 45%, PA 30%, carrier free universal 58%. Adding dosage vary from 0.08%-2%.
Our advanced production line is Coperion ZSK automatic twin -screw line introduced from Germany so as to get perfect dispersion proeprty for masterbatch;
We select K-tron loss-in -weight automatic feeding system to insure raw materials are definete weigh according the formulation and solved the carbon black feeding correctly.
We choose Nordson granulation production system equipments with constant pressure to get uniform pellets with very low power rate. Water ring pellets cutting way and hot wind cutting way decreased the water ratio especially for PC carrier black masterbatch.
We use 8K mirro delievery conduit to protect the black masterbatch pellets in case of damage.
We designed DCS controlling system to realized unmanned intelligent manufacturing.
So our black masterbatch is highly consistency, excellent dispersion, high carbon black concentration, high jetness and high gloss.
